I'm very pleased with this easy to assemble stand. It does exactly what I wanted by lifting my work desktop off of the dusty floor. I didn't want to take up valuable desk space with the tower but I also didn't want it getting filled with dust off of our concrete floors.

After i bought this product (not on amazon) it wouldnt work after a couple days cause where you plug the port into the chill mat broke. and it was kind of noisy

The Ott Light is a major feature in my life; I use it for many hours daily, and after several years, the bulb burned out. I tried to find a replacement bulb at several local stores without success, but received my new bulb within 2 days from Amazon. I bought a spare as well, and anticipate many years of use from this very effective lamp.

I was very pleased with how fast my laptop cushion desk arrived and was pleased with the whole experience. I would buy from this site again. Thanks sam

It makes a lots of squeaking noice each time you touch the table, very annoying!

the leg tilt degrees are not even, not a pleasent purchase at all.

I am disappointed on reading the specification and the images. Couple of things to note before you buy this product-

Pros: Good design, very light

Cons:
1) Legs does not extend farther than the desk as shown in the pics i-e, you can't widen the stand more than 15". For most of them, you can't fit your legs within the pair of lap-legs.
2) if you are a person who can type more than 45 words per minute, the entire lap desk will shake.
3) Always you have a feel that it is going to bend or break.
4) Mouse does not sit on the side rack (no grip), it always fall down.

I bought this today from ebay for $25 and will use it for a month or two and come back and write my comments.

Used to own a competitive Ergotron dual and when faced with upgrading that unit to support 2 add'l monitors I went with this. I figured the less known brand would not be as sturdy, but the price was worth taking the risk.

The upshot?

Better than Ergotron by a long shot!

Save your bread...buy this. It is a miracle fix and is built S-O-L-I-D!!!

Looked great in theory, bought it and found issues that prevent me from really using it. Cheap plastic parts that can't hold any substantial weight, bent under the weight of a modem and a vonage adapter. The shelf is tiny, not big enough to hold anything more than 4 -5 inches deep. Would not recommend it for anything more than standard desktop support - power adapters and cables and no more.

I am very spoiled with this, best invention ever made, I take them with me when I travel,small light and adorable, always getting comments on how nice they are.

This is one of the best rackmount keyboard and touchpad combos. I use this on a rack mount that is taken out on the road with a rack mount server. The unit is solid and very well built. I would purchase this product again.

Two things set this ordinary desk "architects" lamp apart:

1) it has a translucent 'shade' as a rim. This makes a huge difference because it diffuses the light very well, you wont have the bulb *glaring* in your eyes.

2) lovely 'gunmetal' color
